At Monex Accounting, we are committed to providing high-quality accounting and financial services. Due to the nature of our work, which often involves significant time and professional expertise, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Service-Based Refunds
Because our services involve personalized time, labor, and professional analysis, fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer partial or full refunds at our discretion under the following circumstances:
  • A billing error on our part
  • A service was paid for but not delivered
  • A mistake in the scope of work attributable to us
 
2. Customer Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and may offer:
  • A correction or revision of the service
  • A credit toward future services
  • A partial refund, depending on the situation
 
3. Upfront Payments and Deposits
Any upfront payments or retainers for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued, minus any administrative or planning time already incurred.
